We all know that fashion is not a constant. It periodically changes its shape, size, and color. Sometimes it returns to old and forgotten trends to give them a new life, and in most cases, we are happy with this comeback. There are, however, trends for which we are voting with both hands to be erased from the fashion history and never, never to see them again. Here are some of them:
Ugly Pointed Shoes.
They were on the trend radar when I was still in high school. We were laughing and mocking them with a friend, calling them “peppers”. Every time I see a woman with such shoes, I expect her to make a dark spell and fly away with her broom in a place where it isn’t known what is beautiful and stylish.
High Heel Sneakers.
Such perversions of the sport-elegant style lead me to a nervous crisis. Sneakers are a comfort and high-heels are a beautiful and elegant accessory. Combining these two confuses me. What exactly will you wear with them?
Ultra Low Rise Jeans.
Celebrities such as Christina Aguilera and Paris Hilton were proudly wearing them in combination with a crop top. And along with them and half of the girls in my school. They were wearing them over thongs which were proudly showing when sitting. Disgusting! There is nothing so ugly and anti-sexy than seeing your underwear and ass.
One big, huge NOT for the harem pants. I do not want to see any of them anywhere and never again. I don’t understand why a self-respecting woman would wear something that makes her body look like a shapeless sack. If you own such, I beg you to burn them, throw them away or at least return them to MC Hammer.
The hair waffles that look like a tangled basket must disappear forever. I don’t understand why would someone want her hair to look like a wig just got out of a blender. I sincerely hope that the time of this hairstyle is over and we will only meet it in the nightmares where it belongs.
